26 January: Formula 1 Testing - Barcelona - Day 4
Kimi Raikkonen had his first test in the new McLaren MP4-21. He completed 65 and set the twelvth fastest time. Kimi's running was interrupted by an oil leak early in the afternoon. Michael Schumacher commenced testing the 248 F1. He covered 78 laps and set the 8th fastest time. Michael had a problem late in the session. Giancarlo Fisichella stopped twice on the track. Weather conditions were again cold but sunny with air temperature reaching 13 degrees and track temperature reaching 14 degrees. Testing continues tomorrow with 6 teams as BMW Sauber and Toro Rosso concluded their testing for the week.
