12 May: Formula 1 Testing at 3 tracks Testing continued today at Fiorano, Vallelunga and Paul Ricard. At Fiorano, Michael Schumacher and Luca Badoer continued working on tyre development and preparation work for the upcoming Monaco Grand Prix. Testing continues tomorrow. At Vallelunga, the Williams team concluded a 3 day test. The team concentrated on improving their start performance as well as traction control. At Paul Ricard, 5 teams continued testing as BAR decided to save one day of testing due to the track being configured for Monaco. They are expected to return tomorrow as the track is reconfigured in preparation for the Canadian Grand Prix. Olivier Panis set the fastest time of the day with a 1:04.877 ahead of Ricardo Zonta (Toyota Test Driver) and Kimi Raikkonen. Formula 1 Team notes below Fiorano Test Times
