This date has been chosen following the requests made by a number of the appellants to hold the hearing at a date that would also
permit the International Court of Appeal to rule on the possible appeals which may be lodged by the ASNs on behalf of their
licence-holders against the decision of the World Motor Sport Council at its meeting due to be held on September 14, 2005. As a
result, the ICA could rule on the appeals in their totality.
