May: Michael Schumacher and Luca Badoer shared driving duties on the Fiorano track today, for a session of tyre testing,
aimed at the rest of the season.
This morning, the world champion covered a total of 81 laps (14 on the short version of the
track,) setting a best time of 57’’146. In the afternoon, Scuderia Ferrari Marlboro’s official test driver managed 14 laps
before the rain brought the test to a premature end. Badoer’s best time was a 59’’393.
