5 April: First day of testing this week for Scuderia Ferrari Marlboro, at
the Catalunya Circuit on the outskirts of Barcelona.
At the wheel of an F2004, Marc Gene ran a Bridgestone tyre development
test programme. He completed a total of 109 laps, the quickest in a time of 1’15”868.
Testing goes on tomorrow, once again
with the Spanish test driver on track.
