28 January: Second day of testing this week for Scuderia Ferrari Marlboro, working today at
the Catalunya Circuit near Barcelona.
Michael Schumacher and Luca Badoer were on track today. The world champion worked on the set-up of the F2004 M, while the
Scuderia’s official test driver concentrated on development testing of Bridgestone tyres.
Schumacher completed a total of 57 laps, the quickest in a time of 1’16”003. Badoer did 74, the fastest in 1’15”894.
Testing continues at this circuit tomorrow, with the same drivers on track.
