He is already waiting to hear if German prosecutors will push ahead with a criminal trial, amid the Gerhard Gribkowsky corruption scandal.The Munich state bank BayernLB intends to file a $400 million civil suit in the new year, and a seven-week, $100 million battle in the London high court with Constantin has just ended.But the Telegraph reports that the judge will not declare the outcome of that bribery trial until the first weeks of 2014.Reuters correspondent Keith Weir added that judge Guy Newey "is expected to take several weeks to review the evidence, common in complex civil cases".
