Jenson Button and Anthony Davidson began the test programme this morning with Rubens Barrichello joining the test from tomorrow. A very cold start to the morning with a track temperature of only 4˚c limited the drivers to installation laps only. However, by 10.30am the temperatures had
warmed up sufficiently to allow both drivers to start their testing programmes. Davidson completed a couple of set-up runs followed by an aero evaluation in the morning session, completing 42 laps. He ran through a tyre evaluation and further aero work in the afternoon, covering 92
laps to take his lap tally for the day to a very impressive 134 laps. |
