3 June: Monza Test It was warm and sunny this morning in Monza with an air temperature of 27oC and a track temperature of 41oC. Anthony and Enrique were carrying out the driving duties in chassis 007-01 and 007-03 respectively. Enrique had a frustrating morning, as a clutch related problem on his second run resulted in a gearbox and engine change which cost him running time. With both units changed, he then went back out on track until a spin into the gravel at the second chicane ended his morning programme after completing only 13 laps. Anthony had a more productive morning when he ran through various front and rear wing configurations. He also managed to complete a race type simulation on a single set of tyres and a total of 63 laps. During the afternoon Anthony ran through various set up options and completed a Michelin tyre evaluation for the forthcoming Indianapolis Grand Prix. He also ran the latest spec engine from Honda to its target mileage. He completed a total of 146 laps and 845 kilometres. Enrique had a more productive afternoon, when he too evaluated tyres for the US and completed 97 laps for the day.
