27 April: Dates set for the Toyota and FIA appeals over the San Marino results
The dates for the appeals by Toyota and the FIA have been set.
The Toyota appeal will be heard on the 3rd of May with the decision expected on the 4th of May in the afternoon.
The FIA appeal will be heard on the 4th of May with the decision expected on the 5th of May in the afternoon.
Toyota Appeal
The following hearing of the International Court of Appeal will take place in Paris:
Hearing Appeal brought by
the Deutscher Motor Sport Bund (DMSB) on behalf of its competitor Panasonic Toyota Racing against the decision n°45 handed down, on
24 April 2005, by the Stewards of the meeting – San Marino Grand Prix (Imola) counting towards the 2005 FIA Formula One World
