Takuma Sato and Enrique Bernoldi had the driving
responsibilities today on the final day of B.A.R Honda's three-day test in Barcelona. Takuma drove chassis 007-05 and Enrique was in
chassis 007-01. Both drivers spent the early part of the morning completing set-up runs in dry conditions before it began to rain at
around 10.00am.
With the rain coming down intermittently throughout the morning, Takuma and Enrique ran through a Michelin
intermediate wet programme.
Both drivers continued their wet tyre evaluations in the afternoon as the inclement weather
continued, Enrique completing a total of 65 laps.
Takuma completed longer runs on the best choice of the intermediate tyres
from this morning. By 4.30pm, the track had dried sufficiently to move onto grooved tyres, and Takuma ran through an aerodynamic
evaluation for the remainder of the session. Takuma completed 60 laps this afternoon, taking his final lap tally for the day to 129
laps.
