The first day of Lucky Strike B.A.R Honda's
final test before the start of the 2005 season got underway in Valencia on Tuesday morning in cold but sunny conditions. Takuma Sato
spent the day in chassis 007-01. He completed an aerodynamic evaluation in the morning session completing a total of 57 laps.
Extremely
windy conditions impacted on the reliability of the data collected from the afternoon running. Takuma ran through a tyre evaluation
this afternoon completing a further 25 laps. He completed a total of 82 laps during the day.
Jenson Button will take over the
driving responsibilities on Wednesday.
