The BMW WilliamsF1 Team has successfully concluded its
first scheduled test with it 2005 World Championship contender, the WilliamsF1 BMW FW27.
Conditions for the final day of
testing at the Circuit de la Comunitat Valencia Ricardo Tormo were much the same as yesterday, with bright sunshine and temperatures
nudging 17 degrees C.
Mark Webber and Nick Heidfeld continued the BMW WilliamsF1 Team's preparations for the 2004 World
Championship season, which gets underway four weeks from today.
Mark focussed on chassis set up, completing 89 laps on his way
to posting a best time of, 1:11.049, while Nick, who concentrated on tyre testing, completed 90 laps, posting a best time of,
1:10.748.
