Following the launch of the Williams BMW FW27, today
BMW Williams F1 Team drivers Mark Webber and Nick Heidfeld began to put the car through its paces.
The weather for today's
first day of testing at the Circuit de la Comunitat Valencia Ricardo Tormo was decidedly chilly, despite the sunshine, with
temperatures just about reaching 11 degrees C.
BMW Williams F1 Team drivers Mark Webber and Nick Heidfeld were on duty, as
they familiarised themselves with the car that they hope will take them to victory in 2005.
Mark completed 83 laps, posting a
best time of, 1:10.538, while Nick Heidfeld completed 90 laps, posting a best time of, 1:10.903.
