Mansell won world championships in both Formula One (1992) and CART (1993). He is the only person in history to hold both titles simultaneously, and was the first person to win the CART title in his rookie season.His career in Formula One spanned 15 seasons and remains the most successful British Formula One driver of all-time in terms of race wins with 31 victories, and is fourth overall on the Formula One race winners list behind Michael Schumacher, Alain Prost, and Ayrton Senna. This stunning ‘Hot Wheels’ large 1/18th scale model is an exact replica of the car that Mansell gave Senna a lift to the pits after victory in the British Grand Prix at Silverstone. Sennas car had come to a halt on the final lap, but, rather than leave his rival stranded out on the circuit, Mansell pulled over on his parade lap and allowed Senna to ride on the Williams side-pod back to the pits.It is perfect in every detail with full decals, removable engine cover and Senna purched on the side of the car. You can even remove Senna and Mansell from the car!.The car is a limited edition with a very small number being personally signed by Nigel on the side top in black, as shown.It was signed at a private signing and is supplied in its original box together with a dome presentation display case.A super item from a Formula One legend, Nigel Mansell.
